At ODs Designer Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization document.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and branded boxes are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship to ODs

  Affix the return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, making sure to keep your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method.
